By accessing or using maxxinIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

maxxinIQ provides AI-powered facial analysis services that analyze facial photographs to generate scores, measurements, and recommendations. The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images of other people without their consent
• Upload images of minors (under 18 years old)
• Use the Service for harassment or bullying
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Share or redistribute analysis results commercially
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans (Basic and Pro) with different features and credit allowances. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@maxxiniq.com.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, design, and content, is owned by maxxinIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload, but grant us a license to process them for analysis purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXXINIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Emotional distress from analysis results
• Decisions made based on our analysis
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless maxxinIQ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service.
